I'm not online yet. Still using the built in server. When I click logout the page reloads but there is no change, it still keeps me logged in. Any ideas?

I posted the html because it seems to only be a problem when in the master page and I thought someone may be able to see the problem.

advanced.aspx (not in master page) works fine.
