When i try to creat a new topics i have an error

After downloaded the latest version of YAf, I got the same error when I try to post.

It's very annoying because all my users can't post :S

What is it? Some people install older versions and call them the latest.

Also in IE 7, there is a lot of pop up alert message saying "A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?
