How could I know which version I have installed? Then, What must I do to update it with the last version?

There should be an version info on the bottom of the yaf page

There is also an Version Check Page in the Admin Area (Admin ->Upgrade-> Version Check)

If you want to Update to a newer Version:

1. Backup all Files and DB
2. Copy new Files to your server
3. Run the Upgrade Installer (Yaf/install)
