The title says it all . . . I'm looking for a way to edit the message sent out to users who subscribe to forums or topics. I'd love to include the forum name if a tag exists for that. I'd also like to provide instructions for unsubscribing if the user so desires. Please let me know where to look to change that information.

I'm running v. 1.9.4 integrated into a Sitecore website.
