Guys,

what's the easiest, quickest way to upgrade from 1.9.3 to 1.9.4?

Dragging the folder and files to the server takes several hours.

It only took minutes for me; I followed the install instructions; you DON't have to re-upload your uploads folder to the server; you can leave it in place; this is the only thing I can think of that would take hours to transfer
