I can't upload .zip, .rar, or ,mp3 First I got a general error message, then change the web.config file to see what the error was (as advised to do) and I get this

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed

Not much help to me...Any suggestions?

running the latest edition, on Windows
