my issue is this, my members are getting very frustrated with having to log in each and every time they visit (our old forum was very plush and you only had to log in once)

can this be changed? i'm assuming this has something to do with cookies?

also, some users are having issues with starting a post, taking a break and then coming back to finish the post and having the forum log them off. i'm assuming this has something to do with cookies?

i'm not a very technical person (my husband did the install) i hope i have clearly explained the problems! if not, please be patient and try to ask what info you need in laymen's terms...
