Create/change board admin user credentials

1. Is it possible to change the main board admin username and password?

2. Is it possible to create another board admin with full access?

In RC2 you can set up display names to be shown instead of username( cannot be changed ).

Host admin can change the passwords of any user on ADMIN USER page.

You can set a user to host admin by checking the Host Admin box under the User Details tab.
