Now this is not just a request but also an inquiry to see if this could be possible. Now I would be glad to talk about ways in which I could do this and maybe get some dialog started about the best way to do this. I would hope this functionality would allow users to upload an image but then before it either gets saved or be able to be viewed by the forum it would go into a waiting approval table or something along that line and if the admin or moderator which ever you would want to have the rights to approve avatars would be able to click and approve each avatar one by one. I welcome any feedback on ways to do this.

I just wonder while reding your posts... are you sure that the forum should moderate itself. A sort of AI? :)

no I mean that either an active admin or moderator preferably admin would get an email and the function would be a ascx page that would be a part of the pages/admin controls and could be done in batches where the page would show a repeated image list with either a approve or deny checkbox or dropdownlist and a submit button to finish it all up. Also I am not JUST requesting but also asking if anyone would be interested in helping me developing this for the forum.
