1 - Go to One Drive or Dropbox, or another cloud storage. All the sites work nicely and in the same way.
2 - Copy the address of the picture => select the correct address, this is very important
3 - In your message, click the icon that looks like a post card (called Insert Image)
4 - Paste the address of the picture.

after the above steps the image doesn't displayed only small icon with hyperlink(when clicked redirect to image url) displayed.
I have also attached screenshot of the issue for clear understanding, image.png

the size of image is 369KB
dimension is 1920x906

we have changed "image attachment & resize settings" from admin portal/host settings in order to cater this problem
changed image attachment display threshold to 5000000 but didn't able to solve the problem.

kindly provide a quick solution. Thanks in advance

Can you post the URL of the image that causes the problem?

- The image address is => https://dm2304files.stor...width=927&height=790  => this is the link that we used to insert the image.

- The URL of the onedrive page is => https://onedrive.live.co...95F%21143417&o=OneUp

one more thing sometimes the same image works fine when we insert it and it changes to a link after a few hours (in any computer using any browser).

Both links are not working. The Reason is that both onedrive and dropbox can not be hotlinked. If you want to post an image use and image hoster instead or use the upload function.

Yes with the upload function I mean the paper clip button. Where you can attach images like this..

emoji.PNG

Image Hoster are sites like http://www.imagevenue.com  where you can upload images and post them in a forum with a Screenshot and a link to the image.
