I am looking for the server-side logic in postedmessage.ascx under pages folder when device is a mobile device.

I was unable to find any special logic in code-behind of this control. But I did notice that besides the CSS, even the editor control defaults to BB editor, so clearly somewhere in code base this behavior is being enforced. The default editor in desktop version in my case is RadEditor, so I end up with one type of editor in desktop and another type in mobile device.

Question
Is there a mobile version of pages/postmessage.ascx somewhere in install version or full source code version?

After some research I found that the same user control is used for mobile devices and desktops. This user control is pages/postmessage.ascx.

So the answer to my question is that there is no mobile version of pages/postmessage.ascx .

From your theme you can override all pages and controls.

Look in the YafMobile.xml file here is an example on how to override a control or page. You can do that with any theme not only mobile

Code:
<page name="PAGE_OVERRIDE"><Resource tag="POSTMESSAGE">~/MobilePages/postmessage.ascx</Resource></page>

that is the mobile page you are looking for
