but usually the logo of a website is bigger then 16x16. using the as source would not create blurry images.

Then remove android-chrome-144x144.png from the next install package not to mislead us and not to give us an extra bit of work :)

What about safari-pinned-tab.svg? What is it? The online converter you recommended does not create this file. Do we need it and how to create it if it is required?

You can remove it from the site.webmanifest. If you dont want to use it.

Just ignored it, Its just a black frame. you dont have to replace it

I do not know what is site.manifest and did not find it in the YAF 2.30.7 installation package.

Looks like the file is not included at the moment. Will be added in the next update. So at the moment you can ignore that file.
