Here's a nice new forum comparison site that lists YAF:

http://www.forum-softwar...yet-another-forum/review

If any of you feel so incline to leave a review (good/bad/indifferent) for YAF, it would be appreciated! 😊

Thanks! Let's spread the word!

EDIT: If you are going to leave a negative comment, the least you can do is put a little effort into it. YAF represents the hard volunteer effort of many people, please show a little respect.

It's outdated, the list of features just doesn't match current version of YAF.
When I post FP:Ederon in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting.

Agreed. I posted on their forum for YAF about that. Hopefully they'll update.

I just posted jaben.

"

I use YAF for my website. A hugely popular online motorcycle community. YAF has excellent features for freeware. Admin features are great with all the features you would need. Member features are easy and user friendly, great for a online community just starting. Moderator features give mods everything they need to keep a forum running smoothly.

With no current support for photo albums you may want to look elsewhere if you plan on having photo albums. But I believe photo album support is coming. Check the website.

I have been using the forum over a year now. They have constant updates and the forum help community has been great.

I definitely recommend this forum."

Hope this helps...

Really great job on YAF. I just started using it for my Yaris car fan site and I really like it much better than PHPBB it replaced.

Off Topic,

Yes Yaris! I towed 1500 lbs weekly in my 5 spd. sedan until my car was stolen.
