I took on the YAF.NET project as a hobby in 2005. Being passionable about software development and communication, it was a natural fit. Initally, my motiviation was straightforward: provide an service in the form of a open communication platform for the .NET community.

Over time YAF has has taken a new dimension to me. More than just another forum, YAF.NET has grown to represent an international collaboration of likeminded individuals. Individuals who just happen to live in all corners of the globe. A gift of cultural learning and exchange for me, as well as a gift to the community.

Every month the project costs time and money, not to mention the endless hours of support and development to keep the project moving foward. Consider donating $50, $35, $20 or even $1 in support of YAF.NET's continued growth and properity.
